Terms & Conditions

The main terms for using xStock as your inventory and operations platform.

These terms are written around the real structure of the product: accounts, company workspaces, user roles, subscriptions, integrations, finance workflows, and generated operational records.

Updated March 17, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to xStock and the public website at xstock.biz. They are intended to set clear expectations for the businesses and teams that use xStock as part of their operational workflow.

xStock is operated by Xstock Suite LLC, a Wyoming-based software company in the United States.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the service.

1. Overview and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of xStock, including the public website, authenticated web experience, mobile or API access, marketplace connections, support interactions, and subscription billing flows.

By accessing or using xStock, you agree to these Terms. If you use xStock on behalf of a company, merchant, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. What xStock is

xStock is a software platform for inventory and marketplace operations. Depending on your plan and configuration, the service may include company workspaces, user roles, product and variant management, inventory records, supplier tracking, expenses, partner share workflows, sales records, invoice generation, reports, marketplace setup, OAuth-based integrations, webhooks, and related operational tools.

The platform may change over time. Features may be added, modified, deprecated, or limited based on product, security, compliance, or commercial considerations.

  • Inventory, product, and supplier workflows.
  • Sales, VAT-related fields, fee calculations, and PDF invoices.
  • Marketplace operations such as Amazon, Shopify, and manual marketplace workflows.
  • Billing and subscription management for free and paid plans.

3. Accounts, security, and workspace responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account, your company workspace, your invited users, and any API or mobile tokens issued under your account.

xStock may require email verification, password resets, password-rotation or expiry controls, and multi-factor authentication for some access paths. You agree to comply with those controls when they are enabled or required.

Workspace owners and authorized admins are responsible for assigning user roles, permissions, partner shares, and company access appropriately. If you invite team members or partners into a workspace, you remain responsible for the access you grant them.

  • Keep passwords and tokens secure and do not share them improperly.
  • Promptly notify xStock if you believe an account, token, or marketplace connection has been compromised.
  • Ensure that data entered into a workspace is accurate and that user access matches your organization’s intent.

4. Subscriptions, plans, and billing

xStock offers plan-based access, including free and paid tiers. Plan limits may apply to companies, partners, products, inventory records, marketplaces, sales, expenses, reports, and other product capabilities.

Paid subscriptions, invoices, payment methods, and customer billing actions may be processed through Stripe or related billing providers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize xStock and its billing providers to process the transactions needed to establish, renew, modify, or cancel the subscription you select.

We may suspend or limit paid features if payment fails, a subscription expires, an account is canceled, or billing misuse is detected.

  • Subscription fees are billed according to the plan and billing cycle you choose.
  • Plan changes, downgrades, and cancellations may affect available features and usage limits immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending on the workflow used.
  • You are responsible for keeping your billing information current and accurate.

5. Marketplace integrations and third-party services

If you connect Amazon, Shopify, or another platform to xStock, you authorize xStock to process the data and credentials necessary to operate that connection, including account identifiers, tokens, linked products, settings, sync metadata, and webhook events.

Your use of any third-party platform remains subject to that platform’s own developer terms, merchant terms, privacy rules, acceptable-use restrictions, technical limitations, and data-protection requirements. xStock is not responsible for actions taken by those providers, including API changes, throttling, downtime, suspension, or policy enforcement.

You must not connect accounts, stores, or seller environments that you are not authorized to manage.

  • Marketplace and connected customer data may be displayed, synced, or stored inside xStock to support the workflows you enable.
  • You remain responsible for understanding any legal or contractual obligations that apply to the third-party data you choose to process through xStock.
  • If a third-party provider requires deletion, redaction, revocation, or credential rotation, you must cooperate with those requirements.

6. Your data, your instructions, and generated records

As between you and xStock, you retain ownership of the business data you or your team provide to the platform, subject to the rights necessary for xStock to host, process, display, back up, secure, and transmit that data to provide the service.

You grant xStock a limited, non-exclusive right to use your data solely to operate, maintain, secure, support, improve, and lawfully provide the service. This includes generating reports, invoice PDFs, notifications, audit records, sync logs, and other outputs requested by the workflows you use.

You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs for accuracy. xStock does not act as your accountant, auditor, tax advisor, lawyer, or statutory compliance officer.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of SKUs, prices, quantities, tax values, customer fields, and invoice content entered or synced into the platform.
  • You are responsible for validating whether invoices, marketplace fees, tax settings, or financial reports are suitable for your legal, commercial, or accounting needs.
  • You should maintain your own backups, review processes, and internal controls where your business requires them.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use xStock in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harmful, or designed to interfere with the service or with other users.

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, privilege escalation, credential theft, scraping beyond permitted use, or interference with system integrity.
  • Do not upload malware, malicious scripts, or content designed to disrupt integrations, billing, or other users.
  • Do not misuse the platform to impersonate a merchant, falsify records, evade marketplace rules, or process data you are not authorized to control.
  • Do not reverse engineer, duplicate, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit xStock except as expressly permitted by law or by written agreement with xStock.

8. Suspension, termination, and availability

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to xStock if required by law, if there is a security concern, if billing obligations are not met, if third-party platform access is revoked, or if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

We may also modify, limit, or discontinue parts of the service, including beta features, experimental integrations, or roadmap items. References to future features do not create a binding delivery obligation.

Where commercially and legally reasonable, we may provide notice before a material suspension or termination, but we may act immediately where necessary to protect the platform, users, or third-party data.

9. Intellectual property

xStock, including its software, interface design, product structure, branding, documentation, and non-user content, remains the property of xStock or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of xStock to you. They grant only the limited right to access and use the service in accordance with your plan and these Terms.

10. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity

xStock is provided on an as available and as is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xStock disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xStock will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the service, your third-party integrations, billing events, marketplace disruptions, or reliance on generated outputs.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless xStock, its affiliates, and its service providers from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of third-party rights, or your unauthorized processing of customer, merchant, or marketplace data.

11. Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time as the platform, integrations, billing model, or legal requirements evolve. Continued use of xStock after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
